About us

Luncta is a brand of [Legal business name], based at [Street], [Area], Lahore, Pakistan. We make PVC junction boxes for CCTV cameras.

Products and prices

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include [applicable taxes].
• Photos are as accurate as possible, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.
• We may change prices and products at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
• If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we’ll contact you before dispatch and you can cancel.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when we accept it and dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if stock runs out, details look incorrect or a previous cash on delivery parcel was refused. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

Payment

You can pay cash on delivery, or in advance by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. Trade and bulk orders are paid as agreed in your quote.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered in our shipping policy, returns and refunds in our refund policy, and the 1-year leak warranty on our warranty page.

Installation and use

Our junction boxes protect cable connections when installed as described, with the lid closed and the cable entry capped. Installation should be done by a competent person. We are not responsible for cameras, cables or other equipment, or for damage caused by incorrect installation.

Branded and trade orders

Custom branded orders, minimum quantities, samples and lead times are agreed in writing before production. You confirm that you have the right to use any logo or design you send us.

Our content

The text, photos, logo and designs on this website belong to Luncta and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for the products in that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
