Where we deliver

We deliver to all cities and towns covered by our courier partners [courier names] across Pakistan. For large trade orders we can also deliver directly to your site.

Processing time

Orders placed before [3 pm], Monday to Saturday, are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and can be longer during holidays, bad weather or courier delays.

Delivery charges

• Free delivery on orders over Rs 5,000
• Orders below Rs 5,000: Rs [X], shown at checkout before you pay
• Bulk and site deliveries: quoted with your order

Cash on delivery

Pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. You can also pay in advance by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we send the courier tracking number by WhatsApp or SMS.

Failed deliveries

The courier will try to contact you before delivery. If the parcel can’t be delivered after [2] attempts, it comes back to us and we’ll contact you. Re-sending it may include a new delivery charge.

Damaged parcels

If the parcel or a box is damaged when it arrives, send photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we’ll replace it free. See our refund policy.
