We want every Luncta junction box to work on the wall it goes on. If something is wrong with your order, message us on WhatsApp at [03XX-XXXXXXX] and we’ll sort it out.

Returns

You can return boxes within [7] days of delivery if they are:

• unused and not installed
• in their original packaging, with the screws and wall plugs
• sent with your order number

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the items you want to return. We’ll confirm the return and tell you where to send it. Items sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Check your parcel when it arrives. If a box is damaged, the wrong size or finish, or something is missing, send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement free of charge, including delivery.

Leak warranty

Every box has a 1-year leak warranty. If water gets in within 12 months of delivery, send a photo on WhatsApp and we’ll send a new box free. See our warranty page for what’s covered.

Items we can’t take back

• Boxes that have been installed, drilled, cut, painted or modified (warranty claims are handled separately)
• Custom branded boxes made to order, unless they are faulty
• Bulk and trade orders, except where agreed in your quote

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll message you to confirm. Approved refunds are sent within [5] working days:

• Cash on delivery orders: to your bank account, JazzCash or Easypaisa account
• Prepaid orders: to the account you paid from

Delivery charges are refunded only when the return is because of our mistake (damaged, wrong or faulty item). For other returns, the cost of sending items back is paid by you.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. After dispatch, the order is treated as a return.

If cash on delivery parcels are refused at the door without a reason, we may ask for advance payment on future orders.
